Something about Nicole Moudaber:
Propelled to the forefront of today’s scene by her flawlessly executed sleazy house and techno sounds, Nicole Moudaber is now an unstoppable force.
Two of her recent remixes topped the Beatport Techno Chart for weeks on end. The Moudaber mix of Sian & Mladen Tomec’s ‘Front Pocket’ on Octopus and her version of Carl Cox ‘Chemistry’ on Intec, which also scooped a prestigious IDMA at Miami’s Winter Music Conference, winning the award for ‘Best Minimal/Techno Track’.
Killer original tracks for other labels including Drumcode, 8Sided Dice, Kling Klong, Leena Music and Waveform Recordings have all furthered her reputation for phenomenal ass-shaking music built around tight production.
Out in the clubs, her technical ability has turned heads from Rio to Montreal. Working the mix from the off, locked into her distinctive groove, Nicole on stage is a sight to behold.
With key 2012 residencies including a fourth season at Carl Cox’s weekly parties at Space Ibiza, plus regular headline slots at Cielo and Pacha in NYC, her global calendar is in rude health.
The logical next step is her own imprint, and work on MOOD Records is nearing completion, so get ready for the next chapter in this incredible story to unfold.

Biography of Nicole Moudaber:
She’s spent weeks at the top of the Beatport Techno Chart with her remix of Carl Cox’s ‘Chemistry’ on Intec, dropped killer tracks for labels including Drumcode, 8Sided Dice, Kling Klong and Waveform Recordings, while remixing the likes of Santos, Martin Eyer, Mauro Picotto, Fergie and Bart Skills.

Pretty much a perfect artist career curve to date, and a downright fantastic achievement seeing as it all began relatively recently.

Hitting New York after a youth spent in Africa and the Middle East, Nicole initially explored her passion for electronic music as a promoter, bringing the NYC style parties she loved to Beirut for the first time, then booking huge acts for her Soundworx nights at London’s legendary Turnmills club and running Southeast Recordings.
But it was the decision to dive in and start to DJ and make music herself that was prove the most important. Once she unleashed her creativity, everything simply went ‘boom’.

Carl Cox identified her as exactly the kind of fresh talent he wanted to have playing at his weekly nights at Space in Ibiza, where Nicole has now DJed regularly alongside him for three seasons.

Requests for guest mixes on both Carl’s and John Digweed’s internationally syndicated radio shows followed, as did a prestigious mix for Adam Beyer’s show where she was chosen to celebrate the epic ‘15 Years of Drumcode’ release (which features a classic slice of Moudaber techno on its high caliber tracklist).

Pete Tong named Nicole a rising star on BBC Radio 1’s Essential Selection, while her music regularly picks up the support of DJ royalty like Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice and Danny Tenaglia, who was so impressed when he DJed with Nicole that the two of them have been working in the studio and threw the most talked about party of the summer together at Ibiza’s exciting outdoor venue Ushuaia.

With further residencies in Ibiza, dates worldwide from Brazil’s Rock In Rio festival to headlining at Montreal’s famous Stereo and two residencies in New York City for 2012 at Cielo and Pacha NYC, Nicole’s reputation for groovy main room mastery has taken hold everywhere.

Meanwhile plans for launching a label of her own – to be known as MOOD Records – plus plenty more exciting releases on labels including Anja Schneider’s Leena Music imprint all ensure that amazing career curve points ever upwards.

Something about Tom Flynn:
Awarded the 'Best Break Through Producer of 2010' award by Pete Tong, England's Tom Flynn is renowned as one of House musics most respected forward thinking producers. An International DJ, Producer, Engineer and Remixer, Tom has regularly graced the worlds biggest dance floors as well as gaining an army of fans along the way. His DJ sets range through the whole spectrum of house, from deep to techno, which also reflects itself in his productions and remixes.

Having released on labels such as Anabatic, Dirtybird, BreakNewSoil, Clarisse, Deadfish, SIZE, etc etc, it's not hard to see why Tom has gained praise and recognition from the cream of the worlds best DJ's. His music can regularly be heard on Pete Tongs Essential Selection show on BBC Radio 1, where he has also won the 'Essential New Tune' for 'Bianca', as well as in the record boxes of Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Dubfire, Yousef, Claude Vonstroke, Booka Shade, Mendo and Loco Dice. Several Music Magazines and Blogs have recently sited Tom as one of House musics brightest stars and it's easy to see why.

Coming from a very musical background, there was only one way Tom was going to go once House music had been discovered at the early age of 12. From recently learning to play piano to picking up studio secrets from mentor Lee Fisher (of MOTHER fame), and studying music at college, Tom has been hard at work in and out of the studio ever since. "I really love nothing more than progressing and learning as an artist, producer and engineer, trying to do something new, different and pushing this sound of ours forward"

Biography:
From Nigeria via Lebanon, New York and Ibiza, DJ and producer Nicole Moudaber is the rising star who’s been at the heart of the dance scene since electronic beats took over the globe in the early Nineties. She made her way to the decks and into the studio after years spent getting swept away by the music of the world’s biggest DJs in some of the best clubs in the Big Apple and bringing rave to Beirut with her Trashy Renaissance parties. She made her name in the UK booking huge acts for the Soundworx nights at London’s legendary Turnmills and running Southeast Recordings.

Nicole’s decision to move onto producing and spinning the driving beats she loves has surprised and thrilled her heavyweight industry colleagues. Carl Cox snapped up her tracks for his INTEC label, as did Steve Lawler for VIVa & iVAV, while ‘proud’ hero Danny Tenaglia was so impressed after DJ-ing alongside her he declared, “One day, I hope to open for you”.

Nicole has found a champion in Carl Cox, who called her ‘the Most Underrated DJ of 2009’ and says: “I've been following her career for the last three years – her productions and DJing. She's amazing.” She was picked both by Cox & Digweed for a guest mix in 2008 and 2009, and specially requested by Carl for a slot next to him in Space in 2009 and ‘10. Pete Tong is also a big fan, recently featuring Nicole as a ‘The Rising Star’ on his Essential Selection. On top of all this she’s bagged a Saturday residency, Church On Sundays, at Es Vive in Ibiza, the island she now calls home.

Recent releases on INTEC, Monique Musique and a remix for Martin Eyerer on Blufin and Lutzenkirchen on 303Lovers, Coloursound on Great Stuff, Spektre On BluFin join offerings on VIVa, iVAV, AreaRemote, Intacto, Plastic City and Yellow Tail and often crop up in the sets of Danny Tenaglia, Marco Carola, Richie Hawtin, Bushwacka, Mauro Picotto, Steve Lawler, Carl Cox and Dubfire. She has also remixed Gorge (8bit) Adam Sheridan and The Junkies among others, slicing and dicing her productions for crowds in Beirut, Greece, London, Miami, Paris and Ibiza.
