Something about Roy RosenfelD:
Roy Rosenfeld (Born August 1st, 1987) is an Israeli electronic music producer, based in Jerusalem. He started producing electronic music at the end of 2008, and as of now, he creates in all house and techno genres such as Deep House, Tech House, Progressive, Electro, Minimal, etc. After winning three prestigious remix competitions that were conducted by Cr2 Records, Kindergarten and by the top digital online stores, Roy has won massive publicity. While he was temporarily listed in the electro charts he gained the support of big DJ's and producers from all over the world. Other than his solo releases, he also made remixes for big names such as: Chris Lake, John Acquaviva, Lutzenkirchen, Miles Dyson, Lazy Rich, Tomcraft, Milton Jackson, Tube & Berger, Luigi Rocca, Amo & Navas, Alex Di Stefano and many others.

Roy chose to summarize his principles in a few sentences:
"These days there are plenty of genres and styles within the electronic scene, which cause our minds to be fixated / square and stuck into the "rules" of those music genres.
We can always pursue those styles and learn from them a lot, but always keep a warm place for our unique sound and style. We need to preserve and protect the uniqueness and specialties of each one of us. Do not let it run next to you. I believe this is the way to success."

As of Late 2010, Roy is promoting the Rusted Records label, alongside his partners Osho and Elad.
This fast spreading label hosts and represents some of the best techno and house scene artists, from all over the world, and is highly supported by the world's best DJ's.

Roy's music is supported by:
John Acquaviva| Olivier Giacomotto| Chris Lake| Umek| Radio Slave| Wolfgang Gartner| Popof| Richie Hawtin| Paco Osuna| Fedde Le Grand| D.Ramirez| LA Riots| Miles Dyson| Lazy Rich| JELO| Nic Fanciulli| Jerome Isma Ae| Aki Bergen| Alex Kenji| Kevin Yost| Dandi & Ugo| Namito| Bob Sinclar| D.O.N.S| Noob| Nihil Young| Alex D'Elia| Phunk Investigation| Perfect Stranger| Ace Ventura| Dirtyloud| Spartaque| Da Fresh| Guy Mantzur| Sahar Z| Uppermost| Cold Blank| Keemerah| Phillip O| Hirshee| Calvertron| and more…

Something abot Marc Romboy:
Mr. Marc Romboy knows what’s up! Being in the music biz for over a decade, co-founding and building up internationally respected dance-music labels and projects, Marc never got tired of coming up with fresh and innovative ideas in order to push the limits of electronic sounds.

Out of the dungeons of Moenchengladbach, Germany the thirty-something pulls the strings and makes things happen. His recent and most successful move definitely was to give birth to the already well established electro/house imprint Systematic in 2004 in Berlin which is a platform for his own productions as well as for hot and upcoming talents. Electronic house music with a certain breakdance appeal, reminiscent of old school Chicago dance floor insanity is Romboy’s true passion, when it comes to deejaying, producing and making decisions as the Systematic commander!

So far for the label he has collaborated with such high profiled artists as Booka Shade or Blake Baxter and signed tracks and mixes from producers like Martin Landsky, John Dahlbaeck, Olaf Poszgay, Phonique, Jence and Abysm. After only a couple of releases Romboy already managed to put his own stamp on the international club scene as a label-manager and a producer. Surely he’ll do the same as a DJ too. Nothing can stop this Teutonic boogie machine!

Biography of Axel Karakasis:
Axel Karakasis is the most recognisable Greek name in the Techno scene. His career is marked by a number of classic themes and a series of appearances that have established him as an international DJ.

The rise to his present status did not happen overnight, but goes back to the 80s and the 90s, when Techno made its first appearance. Fascinated by this new wave, Axel’s courtship with electronic music saw a very different light… By the late 90s, he was already known through various DJ residencies in Athens, as well as through his regular events with his team “Bubbles” –to be remembered to this date by many! This was when the techno wiz-kid earned his place among the top Greek DJs and appeared in numerous events in the biggest clubs of the Greek capital! He soon became the most wanted Greek Techno DJ, playing regularly in the biggest venues in Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Crete and all over his native Greece.

Being a restless spirit led Axel to new avenues in music production. He always wanted to play unique music in his sets. That’s what drove him to get into the studio and begin his own productions. In 2000, he had his first release on Pornographic Recordings and this was only the beginning, as a string of classic releases followed in the likes of MB Elektronics, Primate, Intec Records, etc. to establish himself in a genre he referred to as “Groovy Techno”! With his very own mark on discography, Axel’s international career took off. Confirming his status as the most sought after Greek Techno DJ of his time, Axel headlines events in some of the best clubs in the world, such as the Rex Club (Paris), Womb (Tokyo), Turnmills (London), tours regularly countries like Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Korea, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Holland and Malta, to name a few, and has appeared in top festivals like Awakenings (Netherlands) Rabac Festival (Croatia), Apokalypsa (Czech Republic), etc.: he keeps exciting crowds all over the world!

At present, Axel releases his music in top record labels, like Kombination Research, 1605, Respekt Recordings and others, whereas his tracks have featured in well known compilations and mix CDs, such as Extreme Euphoria (Ministry of Sound), Cream Ibiza, I Love Techno, and many many more. However, his work wouldn’t be complete without his own imprint! In his first venture, he was the co-founder of Omega Audio Recordings, which received rave reviews and support by top DJs world-wide, as well as being a platform for new talents to see the spotlight. In September 2007, Axel decided to channel all his energy into his very own brainchild, Remain Records, which is gradually transforming into a brand encompassing both vinyl (Remain Records) and digital (Remain Records and Remain Limited) releases by Axel, The Advent and Industrialyzer, Marco Bailey and Tom Hades, APaul, as well as newer talent.

Axel’s strong reputation is based on his consistency towards the genre that established him. Always faithful to techno, Axel Karakasis delivers all-fresh, brand new sounds that evolve. Having earned strong support by clubbers and his peers worldwide, Axel keeps challenging the clubland with his releases and his full of energy DJ sets.

Something about Umek:
Uros Umek is internationally acclaimed deejay and music producer from Slovenia, seducing the masses with his own music blend for more than a decade. Always on the look for new sounds and determined to challenge every existing cliché in music industry, he managed to define his own vision of vanguard techno. Sure, this would not happen without the support of his loyal peers who’ve joined him on the production platforms such as Recycled Loops, Consumer Recreation and Astrodisco, with which they defined “Slovenian techno sound” and successfully it as an important driving force on the global club scene.

He started his journey to the stardome as an excellent athlete, running between two baskets, but it was Euterpe the Muse of music and poetry that paved Umek’s life-path. She got him totally unprepared, seduced him with no further notice, so he had no chance of getting out of her treads. He devoted his life, his heart, all of his passion and energy, to the sounds he discovered as a teenager. Pioneering the genre he became one of its most appreciated ambassadors with faithful worldwide audience simply known as The Father (of Slovenian techno).

Sleeping on past achievements was never Umek’s thing. So it’s no surprise he decided for complete renovation of his sound and live set performance though being steady member of Top 100 DJ lists for almost a decade. The year 2007 marks beginning of a new chapter in his music career. After spending enormous amount of time and artistic energy bringing his characteristic sound to the whole new level, he presented new international music therapy called 1605 – Sixteenofive. No doubt this was a very risky move. But it was the only way for him to stay on top of the game. And it seems he made the right decision at the crucial time: the response to his new vision of electronic dance music from his peers, critics, media and most importantly his fans is great and his production is supported by some top names in the industry.

Something about Chris Liebing:
Chris Liebing had his first Residency as a DJ in a small club called "Red Brick" 1991 in Giessen, near Frankfurt. There he was playing all sorts of music from Soul, Hip Hop and Pop to House. In 1993, buying his records at Downtown Records in Giessen, he discovered the more electronic side of music, and one year later, he decided to open up a Techno Club, called "Spinclub".
Already beginning of 1995 the club had to close down and Chris began working for Eye -Q Records in Frankfurt. During that period, he met his friend and partner Andre Walter. Together they started to built up a studio and worked on music. Later that year, the first record on Global Ambition was released. Also together with Tommy Bingel from Downtown Records and Toni Rios, they founded the house Label SOAP.

Various Records and Remixes were released, like Traveller on Harthouse, Noosa Heads and E.H.R. on Soap, Strictly Ryth, and others.

In November 1995, Chris had a chance to play at the OMEN in Frankfurt and shortly after became Resident DJ. About a year later, influenced by his DJ-ing, he created "fine Audio Recordings" together with Under Cover Music Group. Chris gained first worldwide recognition with releases like Audio 07 and Audio 11.

Between 1978 and 1999 he hosted his weekly radioshow on Evosonic Radio. Very much happened then in 1999, Chris played the first time for the U60311 and started his Residency every first Friday of a month with " Es ist Freitagaaabend…!", playing along with his favourite DJ´s and Live Acts from around the world.

He joined the Cocoon Agency in Frankfurt to take care of his growing Booking Schedule and also in that same year, he moved on with his Labelwork and created his own Recordcompany "CLR". From then on the Labels CLR, Clretry, CLAU, Stigmata and Soap were distributed by Prime in England.

Since August 2000 you can hear Chris and Pauli Steinbach in their "Pitch Control" on HR XXL every Thursday night.

In may 2001 he mixed this double CD and started working on his Album for CLR which will hopefully bereleased within the following year.

In 2002 he left Cocoon Booking to manage the Booking Schedule by himself. From now CLR is taking care also of his bookings.

Biography of Anja Schneider:
Anja Schneider is the mobilee records founder, broadcaster, internationally renowned DJ and producer once labeled a "perpetual motion machine", and one of the hardest working individuals in the business.

From her beginnings in radio to the ‘Hi Five’ anniversary year of mobilee, her ascension through the ranks has been fuelled by her strong work ethic, sharp tastemaker instinct, charming personality and innate musicality. Starting out as a producer for KissFM, Anja Schneider became a radio persona in her own right in 2000 for Fritz Radio. Armed with an engaging presentation style and impeccable taste, her ‘Dance Under the Blue Moon’ program – which still airs to this day – resonated with Berlin’s music-loving masses, as well as spread the city’s unique musical scene to a worldwide audience, and propelled her forward into a career as a club DJ.

After her first forays into production in 2004, Anja Schneider joined forces with Ralf Kollmann to found mobilee records the following year. Her keen ear defined the emergent imprint through its early releases, unearthing talented newcomers such as Sebo K and Pan-Pot, and paving the way for her celebrated mobilee debut with Sebo, Rancho Relaxo. Harnessing her unique interest in collaborative creativity, Anja Schneider’s list of studio partners has grown to include the likes of Paul Brtschitsch, Marco Resmann, Kiki and Lee van Dowski, alongside her solo productions. Her 2008 opus, her debut album Beyond the Valley, was released to critical acclaim, with tracks "Belize" and “Safari” dominating charts and dancefloors worldwide. Alongside her original work, an extensive list of remixes for labels such as Dessous, Crosstown Rebels, and Diynamic now line the annals of her impressive discography. This year a track by herself and And.Id, "Imagination", will be featured on Heidi’s Jackathon Compilation on Get Physical Music, and she is also working on her highly anticipated second album, due for release in 2012.

As a label head Anja Schneider has focused not only on discovering fresh talent, but also on cultivating and developing the mobilee roster, pushing artists to challenge themselves and developing their careers as DJs and musicians. Under her guidance, mobilee and its sister label Leena Music have grown into one of Berlin’s most-watched staples, with a close-knit collection of producers and musicians that carve out a distinct sound in a city teeming with electronic music.

Widely regarded as one of the world’s most respected DJs, Anja Schneider has traveled to almost every corner of the globe, making her mark at world-renowned clubs and festivals all over the world.

With ears honed through years of experience, Anja Schneider’s achievements as a producer, DJ and label head are far from peaking. Her development as a one-of-a-kind artist and businesswoman is just the start of what we can expect from her evolution, as she builds mobilee into the defining platform that stands in testament to the vision, passion, and love of music that drives her extended mobilee team in all that they do, and all that will come.

Biography of Sutter Cane:
In 1991 it was a CD with an unique new style of music which changed the whole life of Sutter Cane. It was the first time when he came in contact with Techno music.
After several years of collecting all different styles of electronic music, it was 1998 when Sutter Cane wanted to go the next step. He did not want to become a Dj, it just was the fascination which made him start mixing. From then on nothing was more important than Techno. It became his life. Teaching himself, Sutter Cane got a technical experience and it came like it had to come...

2000: Starting to work for the promoter of a weekly club-event Sutter Cane made his first experiences with the business-side of the scene.
After getting connected to the “right” people, Sutter Cane became a member of the Tatort Entertainment crew, a booking-& event-agency strongly connected to the Austrian edition of the Loveparade.

From 2001 until 2002 he became member of the Dj-Pool of a local club.
The first dj-gigs @ local clubs and the Austrian Regenbogenparade followed.
Shortly after becoming an official member of the Tatort dj-pool, and having his first vinyl-release for Global Matador Records in the pipeline, the Tatort Entertainment offices had to close, it seemed to be the end of Sutter Cane’s fresh carrier...
At the same time Sutter Cane got in contact with the new head of XXX-Productions, Austria’s leading promoter of techno-events.
After spinnin’ at the XXX-Overdrive club-night for the first time, people’s response was that massive, that Sutter Cane became the new XXX-resident dj, resulting performances at the legendary XXX-Gazometer (Austria’s biggest pure techno-event) and @ exclusive club-nights all over Austria.

In the beginning of 2006, Sutter Cane founded Driving Forces, an unique & fresh artist-pool, supporting young Austrian talents who are strongly connected to the electronic music scene.

2007 was a good year. Sutter Cane came in contact with Syno, another great producer from Austria and they started working together on several projects. The rebirth of the Overdrive clubnights resulted a lot of clubgigs all over Austria and even Slovakia. In summer 2007 Sutter Cane and Driving Forces member Mark Domine were booked as headliners for Paradog Festival in Slovakia. What an amazing night. But it came even bigger and better. In October 2007 another big step was done. After one more hughe show at the legendary Gazometer in Vienna, Sutter Cane was the one and only Austrian artist at this year's edition of Mayday in Budapest, Hungary.

2008 was for sure the strongest year in Sutter Cane's history. With nearly 60 gigs all over Austria, Sutter Cane became one of the most wanted Austrian Techno Djs.
In January Sutter Cane went online with his very own radioshow called Driving Forces Transmissions, broadcasted by Play.fm. The monthly Driving Forces Transmissions Radioshow had great feedback and was able to feature not only Austrian talents but also international guests like Eric Sneo, Lars Wickinger and the Pet Duo. More to come in 2009. For more infos check www.play.fm!
After a very very bad harddisk- and mainboardcrash of the studioworkstation the studioprojects of Sutter Cane lost a lot of time which made it impossible to hold the releases as planned.

Sutter Cane's targets for 2009: more great radioshows with a lot of international guest artists. Confirmed so far: Marco Bailey for the first show in February 2009.
New residencies in well known clubs outside of Vienna. Even more gigs then in 2008 and the launch of the Driving Forces recordlabel.
Forward ever. Backward never.

Podcast Information:
The 40th Podcast of weekly Podcast show Invite's Choice.
This week with guest: Tadeo

We've reached the 40th edition of my podcast and this week it's in the hands of Spanish hero Tadeo. Label owner of among others Cyclical Tracks, this man has been putting out amazing and truly unique records. I've been playing them for a couple of years now and they always do well on the dancefloor.

The connection between myself and Tadeo is probably described best by the word Awakenings. We both played the Friday edition in the Gashouder in 2008. Tadeo played alongside Alex Under before Jeff Mills and I closed the night at the end.

A few years down the line Tadeo hasn't stopped doing what he does best and loves the most, which is producing tracks and remixes and delivering great DJ-sets and podcasts.
This week he's done a wicked podcast for my Invite's Choice series. Expect more than 30 tracks in one hour, seamlessly mixed by the man from Madrid; Tadeo!
