Something about Marco Bailey:
Having a superstar status in Belgium, he travels the world playing the biggest events as well as the small intimate clubs. His mixture of party techno, minimal and electronic house means he is a permanent fixture at all major European festivals and clubs. With love, hard work and fantastic sounds he has succeeded in gaining worldwide recognition. Playing events like Extrema Outdoor (NL), Awakenings (NL), I Love Techno (BE), Nature One (DE), Wire (JP), Monegros (SP) and clubs such as Zouk (SG), Ageha (JP), Space (ES), Industrial Copera (ES) and Chinese Laundry (AU) he has made clear that he still is a big force to reckon with.
Killer releases on Intec Records, Primate, Zync & Tortured, confirmed his strong reputation as a producer over the last eight years. He has since set up MB Elektronics & MB Selektions to release high quality music and remixes by none other than Adam Beyer, Umek, Ben Sims, Smith & Selway, Claude Young, Christian Varela, Redhead, Axel Karakasis and Takaaki Itoh. November 2009 saw the MB labels 55th release.

In 2000 he joined forces with Christian Varela to set up Pornographic Recordings, a respected outlet to give unknown talent a chance to release their music. After a short hiatus where both parties concentrated on their own careers the label is back up and running with releases from Joseph Capriati and Cristian Varela. The Pornographic parties, which are a great success in Spain, are continuing to become bigger and better around the world.
Marco Bailey does not like to think in boxes but more outside the box. Although he has an expansive taste in music, techno keeps intriguing him. Despite techno growing into a bigger genre with its sub-styles in minimal, tech house and hard techno, he still discovers fascinating records in every style. This is the reason Marco's sound is so diverse and surprising.

A slight change of both his production and DJ-ing styles has led to recent releases on John Digweed's forward-thinking Bedrock Records (‘Jungle Laps’, October 2009 / ‘Watergate EP’, January 2010 / ‘Rayavadee’ with Tom Hades, April 2010), with a new artist album due on the label in February 2011.

2010 has given Marco so many happy memories. Whether it be Marco’s shows with Carl Cox at Space Ibiza and Brixton Academy London, or the landmark of celebrating 60 releases on MB Elektronic’s with Marco’s ‘The Sixtieth’ compilation, or the honour of being voted 20th most popular DJ in Japan by the influential Loud Magazine. Most recently, Marco has releases currently available on Spektre’s Respekt Recordings (‘Sweet Narcoses EP’) and Fergie’s Rekluse label (‘Acid Sop’). Both EP’s are collaborations with Tom Hades and should keep the floors rocking over the New Year period with their heavy intense grooves and playful melodies. To finish the year off perfectly, Marco’s weekly ‘MB Elektronik Force’ radio show is now available worldwide as a podcast via iTunes.

Something about Alan Fitzpatrick:
The continued rise of Alan Fitzpatrick is the biggest story in UK techno right now. Having enjoyed a rapid ascent since his emergence as the new kid on the techno block in the latter half of 2009, Fitzpatrick now enjoys a status as a highly respected and in-demand producer. By releasing his debut album for Adam Beyer’s globally renowned Drumcode label, Alan became the first act to record an album on Drumcode since 2005. The well-received ‘Shadows In The Dark’ long-player marked the culmination of a run of productions that saw Fitzpatrick publically name-checked as a one of the most exciting producers in techno by Adam Beyer, Dubfire, Carl Cox, John Digweed and Len Faki and being awarded a BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune for his anthemic Reflections single on Bedrock. 2011 will see Alan evolve an already impressive production CV via collaborations with Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch and Joseph Capriati as well as remixes of Mark Broom, Funk D’Void and Alex Bau.

It has been Alan's partnership with Adam Beyer's Drumcode label that has produced his most significant work to date; releasing three chart topping EP's (Static, Face Of Rejection, Insurgent Series) on the label in addition to his ‘Shadows In The Dark’ LP and being one of a select handful of producers invited to remix Beyer's classic Remainings III. Elsewhere, Fitzpatrick’s studio services have been recruited by the likes of John Digweed & Nick Muir, Slam, Joey Beltram, John Digweed, Dustin Zahn & Joel Mull and Pascal Mollin. Indeed, such has been Fitzpatrick’s dominance of the techno scene in the last eighteen months that his productions have regularly filled the top positions of Beatport’s techno Top 100 chart at the same time.

The same unstoppable momentum has come to characterize Alan's style of techno; powering demand for his music worldwide, and filling his gig diary with weekends spent touring all over Europe as he completes the transition from being a highly regarded newcomer to a bonafide member of techno's producer vanguard. Focusing on his trademark sound of tough, hooky grooves and incendiary beats, An intuitive and dynamic exponent with Native Instrument's Traktor software, his big-room techno sound has seen him draw crowds in Germany (Berghain, Cocoon, U60311, Maria Ostbahnof), France (Rex, Inox, Le 25, S’Kandalo) The Netherlands (Awakenings, Paradiso, Catwalk, Doornroosje, Poema), UK (Fabric, The Arches) Italy (Old River Park, Rasmonan), Switzerland (La Zoo, D-Club, Das Schiff) and Eastern Europe (Kiwi Lithuania, Forsage Ukraine) plus key festivals like Kazantip Ukraine, Streetparade Zurich, SW4 London, Boom Portugal and Sziget Hungary.

Already well passed the landmark of 25 releases, Alan Fitzpatrick’s 8 Sided Dice Recordings label keeps on pushing forward as one of the most exciting new techno labels to emerge in recent times. Established as both an attractive home to high profile artists and a outlet for emerging talent the labels output continues to strike a balance between original tracks and remixes from Alan himself, as well as featuring productions from Cari Lekebusch, Slam, Heiko Laux, Gene Le Fosse, Dustin Zahn, Sasha Caressi, Harvey McKay, Nicole Moudaber, Rich Jones, and Chris Colburn.

Something about Emerson Todd:
Originally hailing from New Zealand but raised in Australia, Emerson has enjoyed tremendous success on both sides of the Tasman and is easily the most successful DJ/Producer to come out of both countries. Emerson first got the bug to collect music very early in life as his mother owned several independent record stores. This gave him access to pretty much anything and everything he could ever want to hear.

As fate would have it, Emerson returned to New Zealand in 1996 to visit family and friends. This visit ended up lasting for seven years and, before long, he had established himself as one of the country’s top DJ’s, balancing national tours with monthly gigs back in Australia. In 1998 he met Christiaan Ercolano and formed House of Downtown. This quickly gathered an impressive following with the success of their weekly radio show and their debut single ‘Up For the One’, which was supported by the likes of Derrick May.

The pair were soon snapped up by Universal Music who offered them their own label to run and release on. Subsequently, they produced two full-length albums. During this time, they also produced the complete movie score for UK Company Film Four (of ‘Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels’ fame) for the movie ‘Stickmen’. In 2003, Emerson relocated to Australia to concentrate on production and audio engineering, producing for other artists and leaving his own music aside for the time. It didn’t take him long to find himself at the forefront of audio engineering in Australia, working with such great bands as The Presets, The Sleepy Jackson, Teenager and Pnau.

Having now worked for both major and independent labels locally and internationally, under aliases, in groups, and producing and engineering for many world-class acts, Emerson has finally stepped out from behind the desk. After 10 years producing and DJing, Emerson has now dedicated himself to refining his sound and cement his place at its forefront the first time.

From his early productions on Darren Emerson’s Underwater imprint, to becoming one of the latest signings on Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird label, and now with a string of high profile releases to follow – It is clear Emerson Todd is breaking out in a big way.

Emerson has now built up a reputation that has projected him onto the international circuit. We look forward to seeing what is next in store for this talented producer.

Something about Lance Blaise:
Producer, DJ and label owner Lance Blaise is becoming a true household name synonymous with underground techno music. Head of the prestigious American techno label Teggno, Lance has amassed a staggering catalog of music and original productions. A favorite play from the icons of electronic music (Carl Cox, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, to name a few), Lance has been riding a wave of success that few can top.

Also recording under a variety of monikers (Tattoo Detectives and Tacopimp most notably), Lance has signed his music to some of the best labels in the world including: Capsula, Spark Music, Phobiq, Illegal Alien Records, Empro Music, Incorrect, Sound of Acapulco, Rawthentic, Definition, Vandit, Tech Head, Mad Hatter, System, Lo Kik Records, Global Underground, as well as his own imprint Teggno Records. One of his steadfast supporters has been longtime friend and mentor, Carl Cox. Carl has taken Lance’s tracks for many of his compilations, licensed “ETC” to his Space Ibiza release and in 2010 signed “Faaktree” to his Global Underground CD, and the track rose to the #2 position on Beatport's Top 10. Carl has also asked Lance to share the stage with him on numerous occasions throughout the US.

In 2008, Lance really came into the world frame when his Tattoo Detectives track, “Il Salto Fuori” became one of Ibiza’s DJ anthems. Paul van Dyk commented “The Ibiza season in 2008 has been inspired by ‘Il Salto Fuori,’ and its all about ‘this dj is f_ckin crazy.’ Carl Cox was quoted on Resident Advisor stating that "This record is storming, its pumping techno in all it’s fury."

Late in 2008, Lance parted ways with Tattoo Detectives partner, and focused his productions on a more dark underground techno sound. This proved the right choice by one look at the Beatport charts. As Lance has re-established himself as a true innovator of this deep dark twisted new techno sound, fans have responded by shooting his tracks consistently into the Top 10 on Beatport.

Always on the forefront of what is cutting edge, Lance, as a DJ is breaking new ground. Not content to ‘just DJ,’ Lance strives and seeks out new technology to further push the boundaries of what a DJ can do. A self confessed ‘tech geek,’ Lance is an artist who can manipulate music and technology in ways not yet seen.

In 2010, Lance toured Europe, South America, and North America. Finding time for the studio, Lance released his first artist album entitled “Pretty Twisted.” Insanity harnessed within the confines of music is a good way to describe the journey this album takes its listeners on, and it’s interplay with complex (yet disturbingly subtle) sound effects, mark this album as a masterful take on the perverse and beautiful. This album had 4 tracks rise into the top 100 on Beatport, and 2 into the Top 10. Lance's dark sound has found its way into many new remixes this year, including his remix of Bodyscrub's "Pitched" which was released on Capsula (Italy). His remix was charted by Slam for their Drumcode chart, and it has been a mainstay in many sets by DJs around te globe.

In 2011 Lance is currently working on a handful of remixes and a few EPs for some selected labels. Lance has scheduled releases with a select number of great techno labels, as well as on his own label, Teggno. Look for Lance in a city near you as he is planning a new tour this coming spring/summer.

Something about Tim Xavier:
Behind the scenes Tim has made himself a great reputation as a mastering engineer doing mix-downs, digital and vinyl mastering for clients such as Wagon Repair, Spectral, Minus, and Clink. He has become an underground secret, a doctor of audio, and has had his hands on the output of many of our favorite artists.

As a producer Tim's sound is admired, analyzed and followed, with a personal style that is overflowing with maturity and fluent simplicity. He is a techno Beethoven, deep, dark and emotional, and lets his tracks breath by manipulating a few simple ideas in each experience.

Tim is most currently noted for his involvement as a main artist on one of the most fast-rising labels from America, Clink Recordings, and also works with Tony Rohr as the Afternoon Coffee Boys

Biography of Dylan Drazen:
Dylan Drazen is one of America's most well traveled and globally respected techno DJs. Despite his nature to fly steadily below the world's Superstar DJ radar over the past decade, Dylan has gained legions of devoted fans in worldwide broadband bedrooms who purr at the thought of him appearing in their home town.

Dylan is obsessed with finding and exposing new music. Professionally trained as a studio sound engineer, it was inevitable he'd start to create his own. His original productions have been showcased under esteemed labels like François K.'s Clicktracks and Chicago's Blueline, Montreal's Ascend and Sweden's G-Force. But most of his classic distorted hard techno work can be found in the archive of Brooklyn's Remains Records, run by Side Four co-pilot Tony Rohr.

Several of Drazen's tracks have been licensed for DJ mixes, including compilations from Chris Liebing, Frankie Bones, Germany's Scranzwerk series, WaveTec, and Portugal's Kaos house imprint. Dylan's most recent studio credits come as mix engineer for large scale mix CD compilations, from Ultra Records' Out.Anthems (in which he has a featured track) to the underground New York 2 "tha" Bone double CD for 2007.

The onset of Dylan Drazen's DJ career occurred in 1993; now he's performed in four continents and his musical memory is an encyclopedia of dance music history. When not on the road, he's either mining beats in his Brooklyn studio or diligently searching for set material in the troughs of New York's record shops. His productions span the arenas of house and techno--hard, tribal, deep, floating, pushing and swirling. Impossible to put to words, it's usually hour four into one of his extended sets where every style comes together--blending, lifting, causing a style unto its own.

During performances, Dylan's preferred musical palate consists of three decks, a couple of CD players, a looping sampler and outboard effects. During his frequent shows in Spain it's typical to see him grabbing, twisting and manipulating clusters of knobs buttons and faders, all precisely moved to follow his momentary sonic path. They often call him "un máquina," chasing the inspiration flowing through him. Nothing is planned until seconds before it occurs, and when it does, it is extremely deliberate. Sometimes daring and unexpected but strangely fitting sounds are injected into the system on the fly, displaying a true love for his craft. Not afraid to experiment, he risks humiliation before thousands.

Given a few hours of warming up, Dylan Drazen will challenge your taste and sense of what a DJ should be. Few master the flow of seamless genre shifting within one set with such technical mastery. His techno roots show as he occasionally dips into the more popular world of tribal and deep house. But he's also been known to execute sessions of straight ahead metallic techno without an ounce of deviation. Many factors contribute to where a set will go, but the final product won't be known, even to Dylan, until it's over.

Relentlessly rising as one of the world's primary international dance music luminaries, Dylan has even occasionally been granted access to the teched out booths in the most respected past and present nightclubs in his own backyard: Avalon, Arc, The Tunnel, Twilo and Exit. Refusing politics, a true hero to the underground, Dylan Drazen displays equal parts skill and sonic finesse, giving proof to the dream that living what you love can become a reality.

Something about Audio Injection:
Since being introduced to electronic music back in the early 90's, Audio Injection has been hooked. At the early age of 15 he started Djing and playing out at local underground events and raves around the Southern California area. You would find him spinning various styles from house, acid, & techno to hardcore techno.

After years of Djing he then decided to learn to produce his own music, which la...nded him releases on techno labels such as Monoid, Stimulus, & local label Droid Recordings. Since being associated with local event production group Droid Behavior in 2003, you can find him as a resident at the infamous Interface warehouse events as well as a regular producer for Droid Recordings along with Drumcell (Co-Founder of Droid Behavior). He has also played together with Drumcell at Berghain, Berlin in 2010 & 2011 as well as playing gigs in Athens, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Wales, and various gigs throughout the U.S. and Mexico.

In early 2011 Audio Injection started a project called 'Truncate' which focuses on the deeper, darker, and more raw side of techno. His Truncate releases have been getting support from big players such as, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Jonas Kopp, Chris Liebing, Speedy J, Dvs1, Luke Slater, Ben Sims, Silent Servant, Technasia, and many more.

Something about Alex Bau:
With starting his own label „Toneman“ back in 2000 Alex Bau also started to his soloproductions for labels like Chris Liebing`s “CLR” or the Montreal based label "Default Recordings". Montreal can be understood as a kind of scale of Alex` DJ-activities too! Within 3 years he has been booked to Montreal four times, his set from the legendary night at “Aria” from january 2006 was even released as a mix-cd “live at Aria / Montreal” so that Alex came back months later to perform on the releaseparty, once again a night to remember for the Montreal technomovement. At this time Alex was already booked as the headliner, and its reported by numerous mails and guestbook-entries that it was not a mistake to do so. Maybe also as a small, unconscious “thank you”, but mainly due to a very inspirational night he spent in Halifax, where he flew over to Canada for just one night, he declared an EP as the “C.A.N.A.D.A. EP”, which was released on CLR in late 2007 and received overwhelming feedback from all over the globe. People desrcibed the tracks “Summer in Moncton” and “Halifax Funk” as masterpieces of contemporary technomusic which seperates positively from the rest, mainly dominated by minimal clicks and cuts.

But it`s not only Montreal, where Alex is being booked again and again, there are also other places, which obviously is a sign that he seems to be a guy who understands what to do when standing in front of people and trying to bring the party to the max. Clubs like Frankfurt`s "U60311", where, among other dates, he was part of the closing night of Chris Liebing`s legendary partyseries “Es ist Freitagaaabend”, Munich`s "Electric Delicate", Würzburg`s "Airport", or the legendary "Tresor" in Berlin are not only the trademarks of german technoclubculture, they can also be found on Alex Bau`s giglist. Japan, Braszil, USA, Canada, Poland, Croatia, Serbia, Holland or the closer Austria and Switzerland are some of the tourstops on Alex` calender, and no matter where, all over the places people can hear and feel how interesting, versatile and powerful techno can be if you understand to combine minimal and straight techno as a constant up and down. Always everything under control while the party is going wild, that`s what Alex is always going for. That`s also something what the crowd seemed to have experienced, so that Alex was voted among the 20 best national DJ`s on the poll from Germany`s leading Dancemagazine, Raveline, in 2006.

After a short intermezzo as an official artist on the highly acclaimed label „Zenit“, that has been the platform for acts like Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, The Advent, Gaetano Parisio and many more, he now puts the focus back again on an own platform after releasing his album „Credo“ as a sublabel from Zenit, which is now “continued” as his personal artist label with already highly acclaimed releases like “My bleepy helloween” or “Bullet in your heart”, minimal tunes go together with peaktime slammers in a way that appears obvious and logic. This fact and the music on “Credo” attracts a lot of leading colleagues of Alex like Chris Liebing, Dubfire, Adam Beyer, Stephan Bodzin or also Charles Siegling aka Technasia, who invited Alex to join the worldfamous Sino-Label by end of 2008. The feedback on Alex` music is growing constantly, he turned out to be one the few real technoproducers since 2008 and his decision to focus on only a few, but very powerful and strong releases on labels like CLR, Sino or Credo speaks for itself. After releasing numerous succesful releases and remixes in 2009, e.g. “Red Chromosome” on CLR or the “Dark Summer Nights” on Credo, which has to be repressed again and again and was even featured on the German Club Charts (DDC), Alex was really touched by the fact that one of his musical idols, Martin L. Gore, has picked a remix from him (Marko`s “Everything turns black” Remix by Alex) for his pre-show-dj-set of the worldwide Depeche Mode “Tour of the Universe”. 2010 will not only see Alex being a part of handful of high-class artists to create the “10 years CLR compilation”, it will also be the year of Alex` next album “Being Wayne Sidorsky”, an outstanding album and a compilation of tracks which are totally dedicated to the bas(s)ic energy of Techno, something Alex always stood for and will always stay stand for. Techno can do a lot, if you let it do so. That`s the credo. His credo.

Something about Manuel de la Mare:
Italian born producer/dj, Manuel De Le Mare has spent the past 24 months delivering money-shot releases and remixes, whilst marrying a lifetime of passion and dedication to his love of DJing. This ability within his musical sphere has pricked the interest of global artists like Mark Knight, John Acquaviva and Feddle Le Grand who have all requested his studio talents, whilst leading Beatport to bestow him the award of ‘Best Remixer 2011’, a suitable follow up on his nomination for ‘Best Deep House and Techno Artist’ back in 2010.

With his music growing in stature on ever release, the demand with his bookings has not been far behind. Already a familiar face at global venues like Ministry of Sound in London, Womb in Tokyo and Fabrik in Madrid, Manuel has managed to procure a global fan base that has enabled him to perform his music throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, as well as North and South America.
His sound stretches somewhere between house and techno, whilst respectfully treading the line between commercial and credible underground. It is this quality which has led to him having already amassed label credits with some of the scenes finest imprints; Universal, Toolroom, Ministry of Sound and Stealth.
The strength of his own recording label, which he runs with Alex Kenji and Luigi Rocca, is a testament to his intelligent foresight within his music. In a little under five years, 303Lovers and Hotfingers have both respectively find themselves being earmarked by major players like Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, John Acquaviva, UMEK and Tiësto, Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Roger Sanchez, Axwell, David Guetta as a solid source of good quality electronic music.
