It is Monday the 27th of February and we welcome back the legendary UK Techno duo Slam on the CLR Podcast. With their highly successful residencies “Pressure” (The Arches) and “Return To Mono” (Sub Club) they have established a lasting impact on Glasgow’s underground scene. Furthermore they are hosting regular nights at the renowned “Fabric” in London and have been playing at many of the world´s best clubs and festivals. Their label Soma Records is quite easily regarded as one of the most respected catalogues of electronic music and last year the imprint celebrated its 20th anniversary, which is quite an achievement in today´s fast moving music business. Slam´s original productions and remixes have been getting massive support from many of the big players in the world of electronic music and as rumour has it, they are currently preparing the launch of their own podcast/radio show.
